SUMMER SASKATOON COMMUNITY OUTREACH
This summer our church had an awesome opportunity to reach out to our community by hosting our Annual VBS led by our Children’s Departments Directors and their team. This VBS was held from the 22nd August through till the 26th August and the children who attended had such a great time in the Lord and as a result our team was encouraged that is what it is all about enriching the lives of young kids. They had an average of 70 kids everyday for the duration of their programme with all sorts of activities and fun things and fun ways to learn about the Lord Jesus and how he Loves mankind.
The other summer outreach held by our church was our Annual Carnival also designed to reach out to our community with the Love of Jesus and share with our community in a way that is warm and welcoming.
Honduras Short Term Mission Trip: July 2011
First part of July 2011 this year our church the Saskatoon Full Gospel sent a team which I was blessed to be a part of we went down to Honduras, to minister with a Ministry that we been working with for the last five years. We had some awesome encounters with the Lord and had a chance to be a part of God Love to the poor and diseased living in poverty.
Jerusalem Outreach
Our church at Saskatoon Full Gospel has started this year with a real passion to do something in our city and the LORD has directed our leaders to move the church outside of the four walls. This has resulted in our MBK my brothers keeper mens ministry stepping up into a role of inviting people to a monthly breakfast for our men as well as anyone they feel free to invite. This year so far we have had Apostle Keith Abrahams come and teach for a few minutes to our mens group and then released our men to go to the streets and win people to Christ and what a response. This first six months has also been a time where we as a church have intentionally put a name on a paper of one person we would commit to pray for and invite to all our special services. We have had such tremendous results and have had many come to Christ and our church has grown since starting out with a focus on Outreach to our city. We have also launched our ladies ministry this last six months and have seen such growth in our ladies series of Bible Studies. Every week Tuesday morning at 10:00 our ladies who are at home come together and meet to go through their DVD series by Lisa Bevere and all the ladies who are working during the day meet at night every Tuesday 7:00 pm. So many new ladies have started to come out to our ladies meetings and there is such a support for one another not seen in our church for sometime.
National Missions
Apostle Keith Abrahams graduated from CFNI, Dallas Texas. Born and raised in South Africa after working in one of the largest Apostolic Churches in South Africa, God directed him to move to BC Canada. Keith presently gives oversight to Harvest Church International, Abbotsford in western Canada a church which he together with his wife co-founded. Apostle Keith also sits as an advisor to Apostle Terry Noel and Pastor Fiona Noel and is one of the Executive members of the Bridge Ministry International Inc. Apostle Keith has also served as an Apostolic Elder over the Saskatoon Full Gospel Church a church on the move for God in the nations of the world, for the last ten years. His heart is to see leaders raised up, equipped and released to fulfill God’s purpose for their lives. He has also spent time teaching in one of North Americas well known Bible Schools,and spent some teaching in CFNI (Christ for the nations Canada). where lives in Canada with his wife Coral and their family.

Global Missions
Dave and Krista Meisner in South Africa.
Dave and Krista Meisner have four children and are married for 11 years. Dave and Krista were both saved at an early age and went on to complete high school and then on to Bible School and study at The Eston Bible college. Both Dave and Krista moved to Saskatoon some time around the year 2000 and started attending Saskatoon full Gospel where they have served under the guidance of Apostle Terry and Pastor Fiona Noel.
Krista has served as the Childrens Ministry Director for the last several years until receiving a renewed call to the Mission field of South Africa.
Dave served alongside Krista in the childrens ministry at the Saskatoon Full Gospel as the associate minister till he and his wife answered the call to Missions in South Africa.
They both are currently serving in Durban South Africa with a focus to establish a local church. Dave and Krista have a full time role with home schooling the kids they are there for the long term and want you to pray for them as they labour in South Africa. Allan has just survived a close shave with death and he and his family are greatly encouraged and are praising God for the hand of healing and protection from the Lord. Missions
Richard and Wendy Basnett
Our vision is to fulfill the great commission to preach the gospel to the world. We currently support 3 missionaries sent out from our church to South Africa and Central Africa. We also have served and supported for the last several years being feeding underprivileged kids in Honduras through our partners in USA. Short term mission teams are sent out internationally each year. Our primary emphasis for missionary outreach is in South Africa where we preach and teach the word as well as ministering to the needs of children who have been orphaned due to AIDS. Plans are in place for an orphanage to be established in Durban, South Africa, for children affected by the AIDS virus.
2010 Honduras Short Term Missions Trip
Keep watching This Page our update on our 2011 Short Term Mission Team returns this week from Honduras with a report on some of the great things God was able to do through them.
Saskatoon Full Gospel Youth went on a short term mission trip to Tegucigalpa and the Isle of the Tiger and Sand Pedro. The youth worked on the extension to the orphanage doing painting and cleaning and all sorts of manual work. They also got a chance to visit the informal feeding programmes host Pastor Osvaldo has set up in the areas where the garbage dumps are, kids and families go to find anything of worth.
